BRAIN DRAIN IN NEPAL The emigration of highly skilled or qualified manpower (people) from a Nepalese country to abroad. The migration of individuals due to the lack of favorable professional opportunities, lack of higher standard living availability, for quality education, organizational and industrial level in a country like Nepal.
